Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.
DarkSight is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
